Sometimes I walk through the monument of the greatest era of UA-cam there ever was. 20 years old, living in my childhood bedroom, watching H3, bad unboxing, maxmoefoe. What a time. Vape naitsh y’all

Rewatching this in 2024 because I went back to look at these old Elsagate videos, and saw in the comments that people that watched them when they were kids wrote, "nostalgia, this was my childhood"... absolutely horrifying.

All racism is wrong, murder is wrong, rape and assault is wrong, we should be focusing on being HUMAN to one another. That said, watching the full GF video (as I have no input on the other one) we can see a few things from the beginning: • George was acting erratic and moving his hands around a lot outside of the officers views after being told NOT to do that. He even tried getting out of the car, which is a no no. • He refused to comply with simple instructions, begging the officer not to shoot him, but refusing to comply regardless. The officers were very patient up until this point. • Camera gets obscured, but GF can be seen once it comes out that he keeps trying to pull his hands and arms away from the officers, until they finally cuff him. • Interviews happen, they ask him to face the door, he continues to ignore officers. • They can't get him in the damn car, he keeps pushing back with his torso and his legs. They keep asking him without hurting him to "take a seat". This goes on for 2-3 minutes. GF is resisting the whole time. • GF screams about being claustrophobic, screams he's innocent, screams he didn't do anything and is clearly distressed, but he STILL refuses to listen and is actively resisting officers. They want him to sit in the car, they say they will roll windows down and help him if he just cooperates. The whole thing was made worse by GF not just sitting down and chilling the fuck out, but apparently he was on drugs at this time? I have no confirmation of this based on the video, but he fully resisted up until this point - this was an eight minute video and it had jump cuts, meaning he resisted likely for 10+ minutes and refused to comply over and over and over and over. In the end they held him down for an unknown amount of time, which was an abuse of power, but he was resisting. They should have simply restrained him (which they did with cuffs), tazed him if necessary and put him in the car. He died because of multiple things all at once, everyone in the situation was wrong (both the cops and GF) and unfortunately a man lost his life because of this. Right now the cops are 100% at fault for not handling the situation better. You can argue they killed him or that he died of natural issues due to the OD, but overall a man lost his life and those cops were ignorant. But this was not a case of targeted racism. This was a case of someone actively resisting commands and arrest. If he would have just said - "Alright no problem" and listened the entire time, GF would have been with us and maybe he would have spoken out about this, sharing more insight. But right now.. we have enough evidence to see BOTH parties were at fault.
